The AN-8540DS is a stainless steel, vandal resistant door station for the AN-8000 series. It features a status light, call in button, speaker and microphone.  The AN-8540DS is the IP door station and connects directly to the LAN or WAN.  The AN-8000EX is not required.  Unit supports PoE (802.3af) Communication at the unit is simultaneous open voice.
