WHO?
AlarmSuperStore.com is independently owned and operated. Our employees all have extensive backgrounds in the alarm industry. We sell only FACTORY FRESH NEW items. We do not sell repacked or refurbished equipment, unless stated on our discontinued parts page.
WHAT?
Our inventory is huge. Rarely will you find that we are out of stock on an item. It does occasionally happen. Depending upon the items ordered we will sometimes drop ship direct to you to expedite the order. WHY? Because alarm equipment being installed by the major companies is not sold to the general public. We realized that there were many people in this world that wanted to do the job themselves. So here we are!
WHERE?
We are located in Central New Jersey. In the historic town of Matawan. We do not offer a walk in location at this time. All orders are shipped Via UPS or USPS. All shipments have a tracking number.
WHEN?
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS directly from our warehouse on a daily basis. We will drop ship from our suppliers if need be. With tracking systems you will know exactly where your product is from the time it leaves our store until it arrives at your home or business.
