WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND FOR THE COST OF THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE IF OUR ITEM IS CLEARLY MARKET ZERO INVENTORY, BACK ORDER OR OUT OF STOCK. NO EXCEPTIONS !

 

AlarmSuperStore.com provides a 15 day, money back guarantee on all products purchased, except special order items, batteries, transformers, wire, aluminum conductive foil, items purchased from our clearance or discontinued parts page or items being returned due to no fault of AlarmSuperStore.com. Simply notify us by phone at our toll free number 1-877-781-7178 (Mon-Fri:  9A TO 5P EST), and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number. A 25% restocking fee will apply. If American Express was used as a form of payment, a 35% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges are not refundable nor or the Paypal charges or the credit card charges. We will not take back OPENED material, not exceptions. Defective items or items that were incorrectly shipped,  that weigh five pound or less, must be returned USPS (Priority or Parcel Post).

 

Insurance is recommended as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Items over five pounds, must be returned UPS GROUND. While we offer free shipping on orders over $199.00, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund for the return.

 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Orders that are refused are still considered returns, and as such the restocking fee and shipping costs both ways will be incurred.


Orders that are returned to AlarmSuperStore.com for wrong addresses will be held at our facility and you will be contacted.   We will not pay to ship your order  twice due to incorrect addresses that are provided.

 

 

The following must be met by the customer:

 

Please note: Merchandise which has been installed, connected to power, programmed, modified or used in any way is not returnable for credit. If any product fails to perform according to the manufacturer's specifications, you may return it for warranty service. Used merchandise can not be returned for credit or refund

 

  • Return the merchandise to us within 15 days of your original receipt of the order.
  • You MUST contact us for RMA Number.
  • The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
  • You must include all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Merchandise that is returned with missing items is subject to a 25% restocking fee or 35% if American Express was used for payment. Merchandise over $500.00 is considered a special order and subject to a restocking fee of 25% ( or 35% if American Express was used as payment) if canceled, no exceptions.
  • Packaging materials and seals, must not be torn or damaged.
  • You must pay any return shipping expense.
  • Display  the RMA# prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund. 
  • Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue a refund. You may also elect to receive store credit towards another purchase.

 

Warranty

 

Our products are new and come with a full factory warranty. Discontinued parts and as-is parts are excluded.

 

Defective Returns:


You may return defective items to us within 30 days for replacement or refund (less shipping charges). After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty will apply. NO Exceptions!


The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred with warranty issues. This includes sending the products back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, and any charges from sending the repaired or replaced products from the manufacturer back to the customer.
 

Non-Defective Returns:


You may return non-defective items, excluding batteries, wire, aluminum conductive security foil and transformers, within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund (less shipping charges). All returns must have an RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION). Simply notify us by phone at our toll free number, 1-877-781-7178, and we will immediately issue a RMA Number.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date of initial shipment to you. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
